Graduate teacher conferences

The AEU runs Graduate Teacher Conferences in Term 2 each year for primary and secondary teachers that allow participants to learn about crucial issues, hear from educational experts and participate in targeted and timely workshops. Meet the Principals

These events are held across the state and provide an opportunity for final-year student members to meet current primary and secondary school principals. Find out what principals are looking for in small discussion groups in a relaxed atmosphere and gain an insight into the application and interview process. All events run from 4.30pm–6.00pm. These are members' only meetings for student teachers, but students can join on the night — and remember student membership is free
