ES Recognition Month

August is the time that we acknowledge the huge contribution that ES staff make to the school team and encourage them to be more involved in their union. With ES members embarking on their first-ever industrial campaign, this should be the best ES Recognition Month yet.

We offer a range of PD, networking opportunities and industrial training during ES Month. The most popular are our annual AEU ES Conference and our Coffee, Cake and a Chat events around the state, giving members a chance to catch up, network and find out the latest AEU news in the relaxed surroundings of a local cafe.

AEU organisers are available to visit schools and have special gifts for ES members during the month. We are also holding two dedicated ES industrial training events and a special forum for our lab technician members.

The AEU has seen an explosive growth in ES membership and together with members we will continue to drum up support for education support.
