Email queries
The Membership Services Unit (MSU) responds to hundreds of email queries each year, over a wide range of issues.
To help the MSU and any other section of the AEU you contact, please include your name, membership number and workplace in any email. For urgent support, please phone the AEU on (03) 9417 2822.
Regional Offices
The AEU has five regional offices to support members in rural and regional areas. The offices are in Ballarat, Benalla, Bendigo, Geelong and Morwell. Each is staffed by an organiser and office secretary.
