Support ES Recognition Week

Education Support Recognition Week kicks off next week, from 10–14 August. The week highlights the important role of ES staff to the school community, acknowledging their diverse and indispensable contribution to school teams.

Sub-branches should have by now received an ES Week poster along with a request to display it prominently, and join in the celebrations.

AEU organisers will be visiting schools, giving up-to-date information on the ES Agreement and its implementation. There's still time to book your school's AEU visit to avoid missing out.

ES week should also increase awareness that ES staff are able to become members of the AEU. ES organiser Kathryn Lewis said: "ES week is a great chance to promote the role the AEU has played in campaigning for better conditions."
