TAFE4All campaign blasts Bendigo05 October 2009New radio ads have gone to air as the TAFE4All campaign concentrates its focus this month on Bendigo. The area is the seat of Minister for Skills Jacinta Allan and one of the five most disadvantaged in Victoria. A series of TV, radio and print advertisements - airing as of yesterday - directly question the Minister as to why she's putting TAFE out of reach for her constituents. The major three-week media blitz of Bendigo will further strengthen the TAFE4All campaign to protect Victoria's TAFE system from being undermined by increased fees, abolished study concessions and a competitive market approach to further education. TAFE4All will continue to educate the public about the reality of the changes to the TAFE system and to accelerate pressure on the Minister and the Victorian Government to revoke the changes. Remember to use the campaign site - tafe4all.org.au - and once you've read a blog entry, comment at the bottom to show your support or share your frustration.
