However, in some situations, fixed-term and casual employment may be necessary. The MEA Implementation Group (MEAIG) is responsible for ensuring the agreement is being implemented appropriately in workplaces. Where the agreement is not being implemented appropriately, the MEAIG will identify ways to improve implementation. Summary: The following information relates to the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2018. The entitlements described below apply on a pro rata basis for part-time employees. Annual leave [Clause 34] A full-time employee is entitled to 20 days (152 hours) annual leave per year. This leave is to be taken at a mutually agreed time.
