Geelong and Ballarat Rooms
Detail: The large glass panel doors that separate these 2 rooms can be opened up to create a larger meeting space.
Capacity: These combined rooms can hold 100 (1.5m) or 64 (2m) people theatre style.
Dimensions: 14.2m x 14.1m.
Tech: This combined room space has access to a roof mounted data-projector that can be controlled by either of the rooms IT control panels. If the IT is linked all 4 drop-down screens will projected upon (north and south facing). Audio is also available in this room. You can hook up to this equipment via your own laptop or one of the AEU devices through VGA or HDMI cable or via Bluetooth.
Bendigo and Morwell Rooms
Detail: The large panel doors that separate these 2 rooms can be opened up to create a larger meeting space.
Capacity: These combined rooms can hold 80 people theatre style.
Dimensions: 13.6m x 12.5m
Tech: This combined room space has access to a roof mounted data-projector that can be controlled by either of the rooms IT control panels. If the IT is linked all 3 drop-down screens will projected upon (north and south facing). Audio is also available in this room. You can hook up to this equipment via your own laptop or one of the AEU devices through VGA or HDMI cable or via Bluetooth.
Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and Morwell Rooms
Detail:
- When all internal walls of these 4 rooms are opened up it creates one expansive space that can cater for conferences, large meetings, lunch or dinner functions.
- There is a capacity to set-up a stage.
Capacity: This combined rooms can cater for 180 people theatre style or xx workshop style.
Dimensions: 27.8mx x14.1m.
Tech: A stage can be set-up in this space so as speakers can be easily seen from any point in the room. Lectern, mic (hand-held or lapel is available - advance notice needs to be given so as this can be set-up). Tables and chairs can also be set-up on the stage area – maximum of 4 tables (8 people).
