You and your ES colleagues have campaigned for and won many improvements to ES entitlements over the years through the AEU. But there is more to achieve. Join like-minded ES members who want to be more active and empowered by attending an AEU training session. The training sessions will support you to:
- organise your colleagues collectively and ensure AEU ES have a voice in your school
- raise and discuss ES issues within your region
- activate and engage with ES state-wide and at regional meetings.

Free professional learning for AEU ES members
AEU ES members advised us that they wanted access to practical professional learning that they can use to support them in their role. That's why we've partnered with The Learning Network (TLN) to deliver a suite of professional online learning for AEU ES members throughout 2024. Encourage your ES colleagues to join the AEU so that they can also access the free practical professional learning.
All courses are FREE for AEU members. Sign in, using your TLN login*, to access courses on topics such as:
- De-escalating disruptive behaviours.
- Setting appropriate boundaries.
- Supporting sensory heightened students.
- Managing challenging conversations with colleagues, parents or students.
- Application writing.
