Summary: This workshop assists serving and aspiring school leaders to articulate a personal response to leadership and develop their application writing and interview skills. The workshop looks at leadership styles, the role of leadership in nurturing change, building the capacity of school leadership and the role of emotional intelligence in achieving quality outcomes.Participants will be encouraged to recognise their strengths and skills, and to translate these into effective applications and interview presentations.

Summary: The primary objective of this one-day PD is to investigate whole school strategies to build a culture where teachers and students work together. Student behaviour is best managed in a collaborative manner throughout the school, rather than viewed solely as the responsibility of an individual.

Summary: This workshop will explore Kim Cameron's (2008) model of Positive Leadership which has four key strategies that enable organisations and the individuals in them to flourish. These four positive strategies, of positive climate, positive relationships, positive communication and positive meaning are among the most improtant enablers for producing life-giving outcomes and extraordinary positive performance.

Summary: Leading Instructional Practice involves three distinct one-day workshops that can be taken as a complete package or as individual workshops depending on the participant's learning needs.
