This three-day program will inspire school leaders and teachers in secondary schools to refine their approach to teaching, and assist them with the Framework for Improving Student Outcomes (FISO) and the High Impact Teaching Strategies (H.I.T.S).

This program will assist you with the FISO by asking answering these questions:

> What works in the classroom (especially looking at the H.I.T.S)?

> How do we know?

> How can educational research find its way into the classroom?
