This workshop explores Kim Cameron's (2008) model of Positive Leadership which has four key strategies that enable organisations and the individuals in them to flourish. These four positive strategies: positive climate, positive relationships, positive communiction and positive meaning are among the most important enablers for producing life-giving outcomes and extraordinarily positive performance.
