Event Information

Stepping into a school leadership role can be both exciting as well as challenging. Being an effective teacher does not always prepare you for leading teaching and learning initiatives or managing teams of your peers. If you are an aspiring leader who has recently or is about to take on a leadership role in your school, this webinar is for you!

In this webinar you will explore the following:

  • What it means to be a transformative emerging leader
  • What collective teacher efficacy is and how you can begin to develop your team
  • How research and gathering, analysing and using data are critical to being an efficacious team
  • How to build trust and support the growth of others
  • Being an emotionally intelligent leader

This webinar will provide you with the foundation required to apply for the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership’s Impact Course to continue your leadership development.
