You have won many improvements in ES entitlements over the years, but there is more to achieve. So, what next?

Join like-minded ES members and Reps who want to be more active and empowered.

This one day training aims to support you to:

• Organise your colleagues and ensure your AEU ES have a voice within your school;
• Raise and discuss ES issues within your region;
• Activate and engage with ES state-wide and at regional meetings.

This one day training is also being held on 14 May in Abbotsford.

Schools' members have access to trade union training leave which allows teachers and ES to attend up to 5 days of union training in any one year (or 10 days over 2 years).

The AEU also offers to reimburse ES replacement costs where your workplace has employed a replacement for you for the training period. In addition to registering for the AEU training here, you will also need to undertake your workplace's internal professional development approval process.
