Positive psychology is the evidence-based discipline that studies the conditions in which people and organisations flourish. This workshop will give you the skills and "active ingredients" to flourish in your leadership role. Over the last 15 years this growing field, pioneered by Professor Martin Seligman, has developed the PERMA model to improve your wellbeing:  Positive emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment. This workshop will consider strategies to assist you to thrive rather than just survive. You will be introduced to tested ways to improve your wellbeing.

Facilitator:  Chris Daicos. Chris holds a Diploma of Teaching (Primary), Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Social Work and a Fellowship of the Australian Council for Education Leaders (FACEL, Victoria 2012.)
