This practical workshop aims to empower women to take on leadership roles in schools - whether that be a Leading Teacher, Learning Specialist or Principal Class position.
The morning session will show you how to write a compelling job application, and how to showcase your skills in the best light.
After lunch, a three-hour intensive offers advice about preparing for an interview in a way that provides you with the best possibility of success. There will be plenty of time to practise different interview scenarios and receive feedback from our expert facilitators.
Facilitator: Robin Adamson has held senior leadership positions in education as well as having delivered professional learning for teachers at all stages of her careers. Robin is convinced that leadership is central to a robust public education system that enhances learning.
