Your enterprise agreement lays out the terms and conditions of your work, including your wage, leave, workload, and dispute resolution processes.
Victorian TAFE teachers in standalone institutes are covered by the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2018 (MEA 2018).
Victorian TAFE teachers in the dual sector universities are covered by the following dual sector agreements
- Victoria University Vocational Teacher Enterprise Agreement 2019

- Federation University Australia TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2019

Your wages
Employees shall be paid the salary appropriate to their classification.
All TAFE teachers employed in standalone institutes are covered by the MEA 2018, which came into effect on October 19, 2018.
Victorian TAFE teachers in the dual sector universities are covered by their respective dual sector agreements.

Your award
The award sets the minimum terms and conditions of a workplace. Each award is determined by Fair Work Australia, and an employer cannot lawfully provide terms and conditions that are worse than the award.
When an enterprise agreement is in operation, the award does not apply.
Victorian TAFE teachers are covered by the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020.
